Using Baytna

Baytna is free. You need an account, you must be old enough to hold one (13, or older where your country says so), and what you put in it is yours — you keep it, and you are responsible for it.

Your space

Anyone you invite with a code can see and edit the shared content of your space. Only the person who created an item can delete it, and a room marked private is visible only to its creator. Invite codes are single-use and expire after seven days; treat one like a key to your home, because that is what it is.

Prices and money

The wallet is a notebook, not a bank. Baytna records what you tell it — deposits, prices, purchases — and does no payments, holds no money, and verifies nothing. The totals are only as accurate as what is entered, and the app says so where it matters.

Content

Do not put anything in Baytna that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you would not want the other people in your space to see. Accounts used for anything of the sort can be closed.

Availability

Baytna is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of faults. It runs on Firebase and depends on Google's services being up. Keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere else too — the budget screen exports your whole space in a couple of taps.

Ending it

Delete your account whenever you like, from Profile → Delete account or the deletion form. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
