Delete your account

The fastest way is in the app

Open Baytna and go to Profile → Delete account. It happens immediately, and you do not have to wait for anyone to read an email. Use the form below if you cannot sign in any more — a lost phone, a closed Google account, an email you no longer have access to.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and your ability to sign in.
  • Your profile: name, email address and photo.
  • Your membership of any space, and your name on the entries you made.

What does not, and why

  • A space you shared with other people stays. The rooms and items in it belong to everyone in that space, and deleting your account cannot take away someone else's home planning. Once the last member leaves, the space and everything in it is deleted.
  • Money already recorded stays in that space's history, shown against your first name so the totals still add up for the people left in it.
  • Crash reports already sent are anonymous and expire by themselves within 90 days.

If you want a shared space removed entirely, say so in the reason below and ask the other members to leave it too — or tell us and we will remove it once they have.

How long it takes

We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request. We may write back once to confirm you are the owner of the address you gave — that is the only way to be sure a request is not somebody else deleting your home.
